Unless you have an existing service contract that includes call outs, pricing is as follows:
* Call out fee: $100 for metropolitan Melbourne (Travel only, does not include labour. Interstate, country and regional areas are PoA).
* Intermax Technician service charge: $150 per hour (In half hour increments, minimum 1 hour).
* Intermax Engineer service charge: $250 per hour (In half hour increments, minimum 1 hour).
* Minimum cost: $250 (Call out fee plus one hour of service by an Intermax Technician).

Onsite service will be performed by an Intermax Technician unless an Engineer is requested or Intermax deems it necessary (in which case you will be informed and have the option to cancel or change your request).
